The basics of the art of shrinking and stretching sheet metal into 3 dimensional shapes.  With only a few basic hand tools and a torch, this video shows the preliminary skills needed to build from scratch items such as wheel pants, cowls, fuel tanks, and various types of fairings. Dent repair, as a related skill, is also covered in detail on a piece of flat stock aluminum sheet.

from the cassette cover:
The ancient art of reducing the surface area and increasing the thickness of sheet metal is shown in detail, from detailing the Lancaster machine, to using form blocks to form curved edges.  Hot and cold work are taught on stainless, steel, aluminum, magnesium, and titanium.  It might not really be magic, but these methods do seem magical.
