The presentation starts with cutting techniques using left, right, and straight snips, cutting notches, stress relief, deburring and polishing, drill starting and stop drills, center punches, dimpling with hand squeezers and an Avery press, and countersinking, fluting, bending with a small brake, and circle cutting.
Riveting coverage includes descriptions of various types of rivets, rivet guns, hand squeezers, sets, bucking bars, clekos, front and back riveting techniques, cutting rivets and removing misformed rivets.
The presentation concludes with the step by step construction from scratch, of a small control surface.
